Kelly is amazing. They couldn’t even help me with my concern (due to restrictions by the state), but she was so kind at pointing me in the right direction and really taking her time. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was being talked down to or that kind of behavior that you notice from people who don’t like when you have a questions and just aren’t “in and out”. Also, I had to come in because when I called the number on the page I couldn’t get the literal Brandon office. Only postal customer service, so I noticed they had the number in the office, and I figured it would save someone else a trip. Here it is:

This crew is the best! They really take care of their customers! Everything in my new drum studio and my RV remodel came through their hands including the surfboard! The look on their faces when the handed me my surfboard in South Dakota was priceless!

I went to file for a passport, and the employees were very kind. Even though I didn’t have an appointment and other people were in the process of filing for one, they still helped me get my passport processed swiftly because I already brought documents with me.

We ordered passports for the whole family. They required we send or original birth certificates and did not allow us to send copies. They never returned our birth certificates.

I am rather surprised to see all the negative comments! We’ve lived here for about a year and the only issues I’ve encountered were Not the fault of Brandon Valley post office.. In fact, I’ve experienced nothing but professional, polite employees who have gone above and beyond to assist me in the many instances I’ve needed help.. Thank You to the BVPO who’ve always gone above and beyond!
