I stood in here for at least 10 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged. There was only one person working and they were on the phone the whole time trying to help someone with what sounded like setting up their phone. Lol you shouldn't be working in a cell phone store if you can't multitask. At least act like you see a customer in your store. Probably won't go back.

Had Katheryn help my father-in-law with transferring his information from his old phone to a new phone (purchased privately). She was very patient with us, quick with helping navigate the transfer, and very nice. She provided very good service; can’t say enough good things.
