The apartments are kept up. Mowing on the other hand needs improvement as they mow maybe once every other week. This allows mosquitoes to nest in the yard and you can't walk out side with out being swarmed by them.

Fjeldos was by far the best renting experience I had while in Brookings. Paul Green was a pleasure to work with and always made himself available for questions. If I ever find myself moving back to the area I will most certainly be contacting Fjeldos first!

Very professional and friendly. I enjoyed being a tenant of a property managed by Fjeldos and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lease or renting.
