Most other stores will just turn their heads but not at this one. I live 1/2 hour from this store and have always felt good and always return here”

“I worked with the assistant manager David at Wireless World, who always gives out outstanding customer service and a knowledgeable background in everything he does. I noticed that the other staff tend to come to him with questions and he seems to fulfilled their answers. Today we were trying to use Apple Pay and he was able to fulfill our wishes and work with us and figuring out how to make it work and do two forms of payment as cash and Apple payment online and it worked out wonderfully couldn’t have been happier with his Customer Service. Have also been wanting to go with Verizon Internet, but just hadn’t taken the steps to do so yet and he had asked about that since we weren’t using the service yet since he had noted that we lived in the area where it was available we took the chance to do so and I couldn’t be happier to get it set up this evening. I thanked him for his wonderful customer service and will continue to do my service at Verizon as this is always a good place to go to to get the Care that I need.”
