Employees and management were super nice. The company computers were super slow connecting and very difficult to navigate through for all involved. In store approximately 2 hours. Purchased a "5G" phone didn't receive the "5G" phone. This in turn led to 5 days and in excess of 20 hours back and for with the store, customer service, online chat with representatives, and technicians for troubleshooting, tips, factory resets, network resets, the issues not being anyone's fault besides the network.....SUMMARY:1. Day 1 set up with international LTE phone. (purchased a USA 5G).2. charged a setup fee for a line that never was set up.3. 2 plus hours for initial purchase.4. Day 2 network connection issues(international LTE VS USA 5G).5. AVERAGE 4 to 9 representatives were involved with the issues every time troubleshooting or repair was performed.6. Repairs did not solve the issues.7. Day 3 the phone went back to the T-mobile store and they said the Sims chip was in "wonky" (performed another factory reset)8. Within 2 hours the phone was displaying all the same issues.9. Contacted T-mobile online chat. Explained all the issues. Same results approximately 1 hour later.10. Day 4 not a single application, feature, network or operation would perform.11. Contacted T-mobile 611 Explained all the issues. The representative reset network connection (did not repair), ran through and changed/reset 2 other features (did not repair) approximately 45 minutes of diagnostics I was transferred to technical support.12. Technical support performed all the same tests and resets, asked/spoke pertaining to where the phone came from and if there was towers around and checking towers. Approximately 20 minutes of performed testing did not garner favorable results. I was then transferred to Advanced Technical support.13. Transferred hold for 11 minutes: Explained all the issues. The representative reset network connection (did not repair), ran through and changed/reset 2 other features (did not repair) approximately 45 minutes of diagnostics and resets the representative asked about the phones system. That is when it was discovered that the phone was wrong from day 1. Take it back to the store of purchase was the answer.14. Day 5 returned to the store of purchase. Explained briefly about the phone and all the issues and attempts to make the phone usable. Management was immediately defensive, frustrated, impatient and overly loud however, accommodating to the exchange to the correct purchased phone.15. Approximately 1.5 hours after arriving I had the correct phone that had networking and had a 5G on the system.16. However, the next 7 hours was spent with T-mobile 611 customer support, technicians, Samsung technicians and Samsung Switch technicians all telling me the phone should be working even though it was NOT working properly.17. LONG STORY SHORTENED: because there was another samsung galaxy phone in close proximity to the DAY 1 phone and the DAY 5 phone and all 3 phones were linked to Samsung Switch, data was pulled from Day 1 and close proximity phone mixing up the personal data transferred to Day 5 phone.18. NO, NOT A SINGLE PROFESSIONAL FIGURED THIS OUT. MY WIFE DID.

Very very slow service. I walked in on my lunch break sat there for 20 minutes without being helped. When I finally approached an employee and asked how much longer it would be was told another 20 minutes. Terrible business to only have one associate in the store.

Warranty service used to be great but now on a $1200+ new phone that is approx 4 months old is less then horrible

Very helpful and friendly staff. Don't buy any phone accessories here. You can get the same cases and cords for literally half the price on the internet.

Not an retail sprint store.. Had to go multiple times to get one small problem fixed.. They end up saying they don't have all the privileges as the retail stores
