I don't have a zero to choose from. I had them replace my headlight bulb. However, they didn't replace it at all, saying more than average screws had to be unscrewed to change the bulb. If they can't, why don't they deny it before taking the order and wasting hours of the customer's time? Moreover, they removed the bumper screw and didn't even care to tighten it before handing me the key.

I had them replace a light for me. They lost one of the screws to put the light back on the car. Instead of finding a new screw, they used duct tape to hold the light in place. I’m not joking.

Easily the worst Auto Care center in Brookings and maybe the whole state. All the front desk people are incompetent and offer no help. Brought my girlfriends car in for routine oil change and tire rotation. A few days after we picked it up we noticed the TPMS light was on and her car felt bumpy when driving above 25. Keep in mind this is a brand new 2022 car. We brought it back it for them to check (I lost my tire pressure reader and her car doesn't tell you which tire it is so I wanted them to check all 4 tires but apparently that's unheard of, took another worker for him to understand. the dude literally said "my car tells me which tire it is" as if that is supposed to solve that her car doesn't have that feature) and they claimed everything was fine with the tires so they reset the light. The light turned back on again so we brought it in once again because she was going on a small trip that same afternoon. Same situation, they said everything was fine. Halfway on her drive, her tire blew out so I had to drive 45 minutes to put on the donut. And this isn't just like a regular flat tire, they messed something up bad. Just look at this thing. Never go here!! customer service is horrible, and the repair shop is just as bad.

Didn't put the hubcap on the tire properly and it fell off. (Chrome capped hubcap) When this was brought up to the coach in the area he got snotty and tried to say, "It just happens." I've called corporate once each week since it has happened and all times was told I'd get a call back within 3 days, 3 weeks later and nothing. I've had consistent problems with this walmart, but work was previously done properly. However, after all the problems they've caused and the constant denial of fault I'm going to recommend those I know to go elsewhere.

Made a special trip to Brookings because it was the only tire shop open til 7:30. Got there at 6pm and they were closed an hour and a half early!

Called on Wednesday for four new tires. Was told they had the tires in stock. Rep told me he checked the physical inventory to make sure they had them. Four tires required an appointment. Soonest appointment was Saturday. Get a voicemail 5 minutes before they close on Friday night saying they don't have the tires in stock. Pretty ridiculous.

Walmart Auto center has the cheapest oil changes in town that I have found. Staff has always been helpful but Robert and Jim are my favorite.

Do not get you oil changed here.Overfilled my truck with three more quarts of oil than needed and sent it off, because they misread the manual and looked at the total transmission fluid capacity instead of oil. Needless to say you should not trust someone who screws up this badly with your car. If I hadn't caught this mistake early my engine could have been seriously damaged.

i had a flat tire and brought it into walmart to have them replace it so we set up an appointment for the next day. the guy wrote down my info including my number and was set for it he worked on at 8 am the next day. i come back the next day at 9 thinking it would be done and my car was still sitting in the lot with a flat tire. The guy told me he didn't get my info and that's why it hasn't been done yet. Which the previous day I did give him my info and left my key there. He also went back to his book and saw that he did in fact write down my info AND number so they could've have called me. Also about 20 minutes later they call me back and ask what i needed done since he had wrote down i needed an oil change but i told him i had a flat tire. i am a college student not from here and relay on my car to get me to classes. Being late to a class because a car service kept screwing up is so disappointing. As I sit here waiting for my car to be done i have now officially been at walmart for 2 hours waiting for my car to get its tire replaced which was supposed to be done at 8 am.
