“My husband and I went into Willrodt prepared to purchase a Yukon. And with the encouragement from Taylor to test drive a Ford Expedition we fell in love! Frank was incredibly helpful through the entire process and assisted us with even getting the front windshield replaced and ordering weather tech floor mats! We have even worked with Gavin in the service department to assist with any maintenance needed to our vehicle since owning it! Overall the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. “Punctured a tire on i90. Whacked on the donut spare and rolled into King Street Garage. They were exceptionally friendly and just real people. Showed up in the middle of lunch hour and they immediately took our tire, plugged it and even put it back on for us. $20 and 12 minutes later we were on our way. Barely had time to walk across the street to the McDonald's to buy a coke. Fast. Friendly. Frugal. What's not to like? If you're close and have tire troubles I would call you a fool if you didn't stop here first. 100 out of 5 stars. At the time of this review this shop has 40+ ratings and they're ALL 5 STARS. I mean, that really says it all.”
