There is one person working there that ruins the whole place. She has long straight black - brown hair and wears glasses. I generally try to stop there when I know she is not working, but a couple times it is unavoidable. Not sure if she is related to management or what, but she can be brutally rude to myself and others.

Rude cashier. I ask for help with the iced coffee machine, it was drizzling and shooting off to the side. I asked the cashier to come help me to see if it needed to be refilled and I got." What do you want? You are just going to have to stand here...I guess it needs to be refilled or something."
