“I'm so disappointed with them I was over half way there he sends me a text saying he wasn't going to be there until after 1030 so we head over about1115 from Milbank he says we close at noon you can't wait no well the paperwork should of been done he knew the car was sold and all I had to do is show insurance and give him my check ✔️ what 5 10 mins , now I back to a car that has no blinkers dies and has left me stranded. I'm a 60 year old who works night shift
I'm very disappointed in this situation and place I would not recommend it for customer service makes this lady very disappointed I did see the night I went and looked att the car it was past the time and they were still helping people but not a old lady who desperately needed this car right away poor poor customer service I can't say it enough
