I posted a question to this company's Facebook page today. I asked why the charged 324.95 dollars for 1 gig service while others like Century Link charge 70 dollars for 1 gig service. With that said, Century Link does not have fiber internet in Rural SW MN. While ITC Fiber inc. does. I do understand there might be additional cost to have fiber in rural areas. However, that seems it be a big difference in price. Anyways, instead of answering my question the company just deleted my post. I feel sorry for there customers if they won't even answer simple questions.

Called the 800 number and got one of the snootiest and rudest people I’ve ever talked to in Clearlake South Dakota of all places. As she described her pricing I asked why I had to pay to be a customer as they want to charge you $75 just to sign up and be a customer and she didn’t like that question and got even more rude.Bottom line after doing some research there are other solutions out there that are cheaper and provide faster service than a ITC and when I brought that up she said “go for it”. You would think they would want to be more aggressive in their pricing and provide a better customer experience to gain customers but it won’t be me.
