I was calling all over to find a storage building. All over Sioux Falls, a 5x5 was 95.00, but I couldn't find an available one. The smallest I could find was 10x20 for 125.00.I had no need of one that big, but when I talked to Clayton at Larry's, he had a 10x15 for 60.00 a month! Wow! He even threw in a lock! I would definitely recommend them, and if someone needs to store something small, like a yacht, I have ROOM!
