Went here for a late overnight stay on the way back from Colorado. Checked in around 12:30 and the front desk was super great, and had us in our rooms by 12:35. The rooms were super clean and big, with space for luggage and other things. Breakfast was provided and was hot and delicious. There was also outside seating available and the location was great. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is a great option.

Clean rooms and decent breakfast, also good amount of parking spaces. There are a few cons being my room was slightly damp being located in the indoor area

Great place to stay. Dog friendly, walking distance to town. Restraunts next door and mini golf across the street. We would stay here again.

We stayed 4 nights in a 3 bed room. The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. The room was pretty quiet. The coffee in the lobby was excellent. They offered a standard continental breakfast, no complaints. The pool was cold. The hotel could use some exterior improvements. The bathroom could be cleaner or updated. Overall, the stay was acceptable and comfortable.

Absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely come back! As Best Western members, we were greeted with two complimentary water bottles—a small but thoughtful gesture we’ve rarely seen elsewhere.
The hotel was fully booked, yet parking was ample. Our room had all the essentials, was well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent—eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, coffee, and some of the best orange juice we've had. The highlight was the smart TV with casting, which let us stream from our phones and enjoy a cozy night in.
Location is perfect—close to all the major attractions and dining spots.
Note: There’s no elevator, so if your room is upstairs, you’ll need to carry your luggage up the outdoor stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but something to keep in mind.

Older appearing rooms. Bathrooms in the rooms are very small. Bed was very comfortable.

Basic room with 2 Queen beds. Front desk check in was easy and friendly. Coffee and breakfast in the morning was great. Nice little place to sit outside as well as inside. Very clean.

Great location. Very close to downtown Custer. Only a few minutes from Custer State Park and a short drive to Rushmore. All the staff were very kind and helpful. Room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was delicious, especially the French toast!

Room was good but for the money expensive compared to other Best Western I've stayed at. Over all good experience

Very pleased with my experience at this hotel. The staff in all areas were helpful and kind, especially the manager.
(I believe her name was Samantha, I could be mistaken.)
After check-in which was a breeze, I was given my room key, and entered into a decent sized and clean domicile. The bed had fresh linen, the room's appliances were working great, and the bathroom fixtures/toiletries were in order. The room was in great condition overall.
As for the breakfast, a handful of options for people to choose from, including biscuits and gravy. The staff were doing their best to keep everything fresh and in stock. The dining area was very quaint yet sizeable.
As for check-out, it was equally as expeditious, with the manager finalizing everything with less than a minute.
All in all, a great experience at this here Best Western. Kudos to the staff here, I wish you all the best.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was comfortable and the staff were so welcoming. I would definitely recommend this best Western. The breakfast office warm options and yogurt which is a nice touch. The rooms were clean and cool. the bathroom is a bit tight but it wasn't a problem.
Rooms: Comfortable and updated with modern TV and wifi.

Best hotel in the hills to do it on a budget, the staff was great and help Samantha was so helpful and friendly, clean rooms, great breakfast and the view is spectacular
