This store provided me exceptional customer service. I had purchased a piece of laser artwork that they feature from a local artist in 2023. I then wanted another piece. They reached out to the artist and let me know when it was available and packaged and shipped it. Communication was great. Also my husband says they served the best cup of coffee he has ever had.

I purchased my first ever original black hills gold bracelet from Good Karma Jewelry and I absolutely love it. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have been to this store many times for clothing but they have amazing jewelry and a little bit of everything for everyone including some beautiful locally pottery. My next purchase will definitely be Montana Silversmiths jewelry they have in the store!

I stopped in here to try to find some Black Hills Gold earrings for my mom. Not only did I find them, but the young lady helping me made it very easy, and made it WAY more fun. We ended up coming back the next day for my friend to find something for his wife and daughter. The personalities of the two ladies make the experience 1000x better. Thank you ladies (you know who you are).

I recently visited this store and had such an amazing experience. I was searching for a ring, and a lovely young woman, I believe her name was Sarah, was incredibly helpful. She had great customer service and excellent attention to detail. I felt very welcome, and my wife appreciated the ring very much! Will definitely recommend this store and visit again soon.

I was completely lost in town trying to find a last minute barber and nobody else was willing to help me except the extremely kind workers here. I bought a necklace for my grandma here that's amazing and all of the workers have went far beyond and above to help me even going so far as to helping me charge my phone that was nearly dead. I definitely believe everyone should check this amazing store out.

We were in the rock shop for a good half hour and talk to the really nice lady about rocks. We bought a bag of colorful rocks.Stop by this store or the one in Hot Springs if your in the area. They have a lot of different minerals that your can bring home.

I was in the Good Karma Store last week, and they have such unique and quality items, I couldn't believe how much inventory they have to choose from, it was fantastic, I would recommend this store to anyone that visits Custer, open all year round too. Great, I loved it. Cindy Thompson

Josh was very helpful and patient while I looked through some rings. He let me try them on and pulled out multiple trays to satisfy my curiosity! I ran out of time on my trip and really wanted to come back, but I recommend this place if you are looking for unique jewelry in a variety of unique materials.Through the door to the crystal shop (I think the business is under the same name?) I picked up a cool geode slab and the owner was awesome too.
