This is my favorite Marriott. Convenient location, great staff, rooms, ambiance. They only thing I would change is that they offer free parking to elite members.

The rooms were considerably better than the competition at Tru by Hilton. Larger more spacious accommodations here. The bathrooms were nice, though the plastic tabs to hold the shower doors were worn out and no longer holding the doors closed properly. The hotel has two restaurants and multiple bar options. Parking is premium if you want in the parking garage you need to arrive as close to check or a little earlier if possible. Otherwise be prepared to park across the street.Rooms: The rooms were open with good space around, the table clocks provided usb ports (for those of us that forget phone chargers but have cables). The shower doors required a towel wedged between them to keep closed others they opened up. Overall this is a better choice than the rooms at Tru.Nearby activities: At the start of Deadwood, this hotel and Casino (Tin Lizzie) starts the official downtown of the city. Start walking and you'll end up at the end of the downtown in no tike with many bars, casinos, dance floors, karaoke, and cigar shop to be found.Food & drinks: Subpar, no true N/A options. O'douls is not a true zero beer. American standard says anything up to .5% is. European standard is 0.0. They would do well to carry Bud Zero, Heineken zero, or Stella zero in place of O'douls.

Booked a room and ended up leaving the facility at 3:00 am because the hotel staff accused me of stealing from the food pantry after I paid her for items. Cops were called and then she finally admitted that the items were purchased and not stolen. This seems to be a trend with this ownership group. The employees are absolutely ridiculous to deal with and a bunch of pre Madonnas. I would appreciate some sort of formal apology.

Other guests are not considerate of people trying to sleep. You get charged for parking whether you are able to use their very undersized parking garage or not. If garahe is full you get charged to parking in Tin Lizzie lot.

Very good value for the quality of the hotel. Very close to the casinos and tourist spots in Deadwood. The parking was a bit funny and is first come first serve so hopefully you get a spot. But it’s covered so that’s a plus.Room had a big TV. And the standup shower was nice. No tub in our room.We were very happy with our stay.Nearby activities: I won big across from Mustang Sally’s

Worst stay ever, wouldn't think the name of the town would reflect the quality of the stay at this place. I will never stay anywhere close to place ever again. Also be careful of the bedbugs and ticks, nothing like having to sleep with off next to your bed, and a tub of benadryl. I didn't even try the complimentary food, based on my experience, but I'm sure its just fine, if you used to eating out of trashcan.

This is a very nice hotel in the center of Deadwood. Can walk to everything from here. Very friendly staff. It is contacted to Tin Lizzie Casino. Room was large and had a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning.

Dirty sheets. Bad customer service. Tile floors in huge room with no amenities. Will NEVER stay here again. We had a disgusting stain on our sheets and asked them to replace them and bring new towels. They replaced the sheets and didn’t bring towels. Nor did they clean our room. It has advertised daily housekeeping.Also. Parking was terrible and it took 30 minutes to find a spot across the street in a public lot.Shower was slippery and my wife almost fell down.Assistant General Manager was unsympathetic to out concerns.Hotel is brand new and if Sheraton cared about the investment in the property they would do more.

We never actually got to stay. Unfortunately because of a medical emergency with my father we had to cancel our reservations 24 hours before arriving. They indicated they would not refund the price of the rooms $2,500.00 (3 days, two rooms).I totally understood their policy, and was fine with it. Then agreed to refund one room. The General Manager never did bother to call me, but left it up to the front desk to tell me this information. Although they continually told me he would call. They indicated we could give the room to our friend. He went to check in and they told him it was already sold, and they refunded the price of both rooms. Not true !!!!!. Only one room is refunded. So they double dipped !!!!! Very dishonest. Still waiting for a call from the General Manager from last Friday.

Deadwood had been on our bucket list since we first watched the show. Deadwood and Four Points did not disappoint! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The room and laundry were great! The location was perfect. We highly recommend for

We just stayed at the four points in Deadwood, the room was nice but you can here hallway and room noises very easily. the employees were very friendly, but there is no designated parking for the hotel guests. It’s first come first serve which is very difficult on busy weekends. Also it is a pet friendly hotel but there is nowhere to let your dog out. Rooms were expensive!

Rooms are so clean and tidy! Rooms are stocked with a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers with self service pumps installed. Views to the main strip on Deadwood are spectacular for view people and the historical district. Highly

Had a great 2 night stay here! Our room was located on the 1st floor. The hotel is located just far enough from the main strip activities that even during the 4th of July we didn’t experience much street noise from the crowds but it was an easy walk if we wanted to join the excitement! The gentleman who was working the vallet parking during our stay was also awesome! We had no problems getting a spot in the parking garage both days we were there! The room was clean and updated and the bed was very comfortable! If we ever make it back to Deadwood, we will stay here again!

The room was comfortable enough but overpriced and the service was below par for what I expected from a Marriott hotel. They didn't clean the room well and beyond catering to the casino and bars it was a disappointment.
