Phone calls are rarely if at all answered ... No Vmail available for messaging? ... Parcels hung up there are in limbo after they promised to forward to POB Newcastle,WY ... No communication through Email nor Phone ... Very Poor Customer Service from Edgemont PO~

Not your average Post Office, the employees here exercise common sense and despite high traffic compared to the size of the lobby, long lines resolve quickly compared to other Post Offices in South Dakota.

Walked in to ship a couple packages, buy stamps etc. Usual business... As a life long customer with choices, I was met was a very rude lady working the counter. Instead of the usual can I help you, smile, here's a marker to cross out the old shipping label, she offered their labels for sale to apply over the old one. It was decided not to purchase them and prepare the package at home. She followed with, " are going to put those back" making an accusation of theft.... For $.69 cent labels. Sure old hag. You are the only person in Edgemont, let alone South Dakota, that I met rude. Going postal took a new meaning here. You should quit if your that miserable. Good day.
