We have several credit unions that got lost in the mix during a move--our bad. However, out of all of those credit unions, SFCU went OUT OF THEIR WAY to ensure we knew our account was dormant and helped us through the process of getting the account back on track. They also refunded every fee taken for dormant status. After losing more money than I'd like to admit from other institutions, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the customer service of Sentinel FCU.

Been a loyal member for years! Keep your account positive and make your payments. If life happens keep them updated, as they have ways of working with you. I am glad they are apart of my financial family. On a side note, I wish SFCU offered financial advice... otherwise nice job!

Sooo, this is the best bank we have ever had for our car loans! Lisa has helped us with all our needs for almost 10 years!! No matter if we live in Texas or now New York, she has been there to make it work and cannot compare it to any other bank. Thank you all for your help and will be coming back here again!

The employees at this site are great! I have always been greeted with smiles and acknowledged right away. All my questions are answered and they are all vey helpful. Everyone there always show that they care about my needs and any problem that I may have.

Always very nice attendants, patient, knowledgeable, and never a bad time with any and all transactions ! Very very happy that I chose Sentinel Federal Credit Union for all my banking needs. Really the best of other banking services from years ago.
