The pizza is always consistent. Robert knows what he's doing in the kitchen. Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait for food, im guessing it's because everybody wants the pizza and they get a bit backed up.

The "manager" was having a disagreement with an employee out front so everyone could see it. She was loud. She kept telling the employee where the door was. The employee However was handling it with a low voice. Ridiculous to do that infront of customers.

Soda fountain ice machines are NEVER WORKING PROPERLY. The one on the left spits out a few "cubes" if you hold it in for a minute. The one on the right USUALLY gives you "cubes" if you're willing to wait, but they are only three-quarters frozen and collect at the bottom of the cup like a bad slushie. Advised of problems multiple times.Went in today 7/17/2023, no ice, period. Stay didn't care.

Well I definitely got the full One Star experience today. It's probably the nastiest Casey's I've ever been to. The store itself was completely in disarray. The men's restroom looked like somebody urinated on everything. The floors and the walls were wet and the smell was overwhelming. I choose stopping here for a single slice of pizza. But after the unpleasant attitude of the assistant manager I walked out. There was nothing convenient about my visit today. I was definitely disappointed and I do not recommend

Worst! Casey's! Ever! They don't need more help, but they certainly need more competent help. And a third register. And someone who knows how to reset the pumps.

They have an entire sandwich/wrap/salad case yet won't make you a for-order item. The other hot case options are always empty. Then, you will wait in line way longer than any transaction at a gas station should possibly take.

Diesel pumps again have no washer fluid and is in the buckets is frozen 32° at the time. Also no paper towels to wipe the windows with. At least the trash is not over flowing this time.
