I mistakenly called your store over a week ago after looking on Google for the Gettysburg, PA store's number. Wendy answered, and after some confusion about the keys I was inquiring about, she cut me off rudely and let me know I called the SD store, and then HUNG UP on me. Worst customer service I've ever experienced on the phone, and I was a manager at Aldi's and Michaels for many years, so I know what plays and what doesn't
I understand people have bad days, and I understand from the Gettysburg, PA store that this happens all the time. Soooo, somebody in corporate needs to call Google and see if they can make changes so this doesn't keep happening. Because the next person Wendy belittles and hangs up on might not be so nice about it.
I know if I lived closer I would have been down to your store in person.
Luckily, the Ace in Gettysburg, PA has some phenomenal employees with serious customer service skills. They let me know that bc of Google this kind of thing happens a lot, and tried standing up for your store. They took such great care of me I wasn't going to do what I am now and just forget about it. But that would not solve the problem, and I don't want any more of your customers to feel like I do.
