“They were absolutely awesome! We’re from out of town (Spokane, WA) and worked a job in Aberdeen, SD. A lot of things got screwed up on our end (not uhaul s fault, our dispatcher’s fault) yet they were so helpful. They were all polite and the owner returned after hours when my husband forgot his ear buds in the uhaul we turned in. We also had to load another truck as we traded sizes in trucks and they helped us just out of pure generosity. This was my first time to South Dakota and I can’t brag enough on how great this place is. Thank you for making us feel welcome and like family.”
