On our cross country road trip in our rental car, the low tire pressure light came on. Stopped at a BP, bought a tire gauge and found one tire low.
Fortunately, right across the street we found Tammen Auto. Its only 7:30 in the morning and they dont open til 8am, but a very nice and kind woman opened the door for us and filled the tire. I did not catch her name but she was our angel and we appreciated her help so much. Thank you so much for your exceptional service to a stranger. If I lived here, they would be my choice for all my auto needs.

Broke down on vacation at 2pm on a friday. Randy and Cassie were unbelievable. They went the extra mile to get the parts needed and get us back up and running. By 5:30pm we were back on the road. While waiting, they were super friendly giving full access to the tv and everything in the waiting room. I cant say enough good about these people. Amazing service and quality work! A special thanks to Cassie, she was the one who really made it all happen. Thanks for being our guardian angel!

Driving through South Dakota and my tire pressure went on. I pulled in and Billy helped me right away. He was so kind and thorough and checked all my tires and fixed the problem. I am so grateful.

The people were absolutely amazing, thee best. I'm from out of state and in a time crunch and they took care of me so quickly and efficiently. The best part is that they listened to me and didn't treat me "out of pocket" because I'm female like so many other mechanic places do (not knowing that I'm the only child of a professional mechanic, that didn't let me get away with being a girl) I asked for the Nitrofill for my tires and they didn't change me for the original issue that I was theft for. Again if like to say how awesome they were with me and I highly recommend going there.

I was in a hurry to get to Alabama for a dire family emergency and while stopped at the next door BP gas station my Dodge Ram truck would not start up.Kathy got me towed over and in the shop so they could repair the fuel pump that same day. Thank you so much. I got to Alabama in time. Excellent service, nice waiting room and wonderful people. Highly recommend!

Had no problem going here previously, they're quite a convenient location. Unfortunately, the last time I went in with my new car for an oil change, the clown of a technician informed me that "my coolant was 2 quarts low and it likely went into the oil as it was dirty. The car likely needs a head gasket" I was devastated when I heard and later ashamed that I was foolish enough to believe him. The coolant reservoir only holds one quart, he over filled it to the top of the lid. Would have been a blown engine if it cracked and let the fluid out. Also, I should have know that if the coolant went I to the oil it would be white and milky, not just a little dark as it was. The cherry on top was that he also over filled my oil by half a quart according to the competent mechanic shop in Sioux Falls that I always go to when I do need something done. Not only did this GoofBall give me a heart attack and waste my time and resources but he also almost cost me the engine of the car I was so proud to have just purchased. Some stubby bald guy, really wish I had a name. He had good manners, but is painfully ignorant. Stay away from my vehicles buddy, thanks.Services: Auto maintenance

Had a tire emergency late in the day while traveling through today with 250 miles to get home. Tammen auto couldn’t have been more helpful. They worked me in, got me a replacement tire at a very reasonable cost and had me back on the road in a really short time. This type of service is rare and unusual. Awesome experience.Service: Tires

We had a vehicle issue on a road trip heading east on I-90. Lynnae was able to squeeze us in right away on a busy, hot day. She was kind, honest, thoughtful and professional. We were lucky to get her help. The price was reasonable and fair!

I was driving from Colorado to Minnesota when my truck had a problem on Sunday that left me stuck in the truck stop. Monday morning, I called when they opened, and they were more helpful. They pulled the truck over to their shop and fixed what they could and found the issues I was having. Super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for service and repairs .
