Extremely poor customer service from the post master Adam and his employees. My mail gets delivered to the same wrong address constantly. Tried cashing a very small money order less than $60 and the lady said she didn't have enough in her drawer without even checking and tried saying they don't cash POSTAL money orders. I cash them this way all the time. It's a money order from the post office. The lady behind the counter said " that sounds like a you problem " When I said it'sridiculous they can't cash such a small postal money order on any day of the week cause they don't carry enough cash. Asked for the post masters phone number to express my concerns and she gave me his personal phone number (I'm not sure why) then the post master got mad at me for calling his personal number. Then they fabricated a story saying I was inside throwing punches and slamming things when I was just visibly frustrated with the fact they carry no money on hand to handle cash transactions. Never was I once violent in any way. Very disappointed and will be escalating this further due to the fabricated story of me being violent inside when I was just trying to cash a postal money order and getting frustrated being turned away for the 7th time.

I only take my packages to Hartford post office! The workers are professional and so knowledgeable...I trust them to get my packages where they need to go! Love the staff!

Apparently they don’t know the difference between one number from the next. I missed my package so I scheduled it to be redelivered on the 7th of September.. didn’t receive it even after I got a confirmation email and a reminder. Went online again to schedule another redelivery for the 12th, once again got all my emails. On the 10th, I receive a notice on my door that they missed me. They tried to deliver it on a day that I did not request so of course I wouldn’t be home to sign for it. Now I have to find someone to pick it up since they have such odd business hours.
