“My family and I were traveling through town on Monday and as we turned North on Highway 79 tohead to Rapid City to get to our hotel we noticed that dreaded tire slapping noise. We pulled over to check what it was and some idiot Canadian allowed his license plate cover to fall off with the lone bolt sticking up enough to lodge it and the plate cover into our front passenger tire. We called AAA and quickly we got a gentleman from Maverick Tire to come out and swap the tire for our spare, we followed him to the shop which was definitely very busy. The guy grabbed the tire to repair it and another guy took the spare off and we were back up and on the road in less than an hour from call to fixed. Such a great experience for something that could have ruined our day and messed up the next days plans as we were still able to get to our hotel get a good rest and the next morning enjoyed Bear Country and then went on our way back to ND. We had been traveling back from a family wedding in Colorado Springs. Very thankful and appreciative for the guys at Maverick Tire! 10/10 service!!”

“Car broke down at Wind Cave National Park. We had to have it towed here in Hot Springs as it was the closest town. Towed at 3pm and while we were there the crew quickly preformed a diagnostic, found the part in Rapid City and drove it to the shop for repairs to begin 8 am on Friday morning. In a few hours car was then delivered to us at the Mammoth site where our three young kids were exploring the dig site. We are extremely grateful to have been treated so kindly and rapidly so that we could continue our vacation and journey back to Minnesota.”
