“Car broke down at Wind Cave National Park. We had to have it towed here in Hot Springs as it was the closest town. Towed at 3pm and while we were there the crew quickly preformed a diagnostic, found the part in Rapid City and drove it to the shop for repairs to begin 8 am on Friday morning. In a few hours car was then delivered to us at the Mammoth site where our three young kids were exploring the dig site. We are extremely grateful to have been treated so kindly and rapidly so that we could continue our vacation and journey back to Minnesota.”
“Knowledgeable and reliable! We live 600+ miles away and got stranded in Hot Springs when our 2016 Mazda CX5 hit a semis lost tire on the road. We brought her in on a Tuesday and they were able to have it fixed up by Friday evening! We were incredibly grateful to have these guys work on our vehicle. They came highly recommended by every local we spoke to, including the police department. Truly don't know what we would have done without them!
