I sent a package through their office and unfortunately I didn't get it certified because it never arrived.

Renee has the personality of a wet rug. She acted like I was making her do HER JOB when I went in to send a package. I always hate going to this particular post office because of her. The post office building is beautiful and historic. Too bad she has to bring down the entire vibe.

When I have to use the Post Office, I drive to Custer. 50 miles to avoid the rude and incompetent staff at Hot Springs.
