Under new management, so I won't be brutal. Staff was friendly. The store was very messy, which was somewhat expected. Did have a lot of choices. Having been my first time there I don't have a comparison other than to say I never wanted to even go in as it always seemed abandoned via there lack of stuff in parking lot and empty cutomer parking for most part. Prices were higher than expected. We'll give them another visit when they've had time to settle in.

Came in here to grab a few things when we were working on our house. The staff is very friendly and helpful! i found what i needed and got the job done! i recommend this store!

Were life savers. Needed pie servers and aprons for helping with a wedding reception. The only place in town that had either! Customer service was excellent. Very grateful!

Poor Customer service. The lady (Margaret) who was supposed to help me, was very unfriendly and rude. Not sure if she doesn’t like people that aren’t white but I also observed her being unfriendly to the Asian-looking women last time I went there. The man who works there also acted very stressed und unwelcoming the previous time I visited. I’d recommend going to Runnings; employees are very attentive and friendly there.
