We drove from Jamestown ND to adopt my new fur baby 7/23/2024. My husband found her online for me. They truly Care about these Fur Babies. Kim and Heidi really helped a lot and were so friendly. We called ahead and They had her ready for us. My new baby Allie is such a joy. She is so smart, housetrained already, knows how to sit, down, and come. She loves to Play and snuggle. She is doing great.

Only ever visited this place personally once many years ago, wasn't met with friendly faces, seemed like we were bothering them when we asked questions, so I hope they are better 7 years later.

So many adorable kitties that need good homes. Everyone should have a cat, and if you don’t fancy cats then consider adopting a pup they all need loving homes.

After a family trauma, my daughters and I couldn't stand coming home to an empty house.For some reason, I checked the BCHS website. I really can't even say why.It was here I saw Gus, and knew he had to come home with us! The staff at BCHS was awesome, and really love the animals they care for.Don't hesitate to adopt a shelter pet from these folks. There's A LOT of loving animals there that need a great home!

We went to adopt a certain cat that a friend lost to them. The lady was very stern about things but we understood what she was talking about and appreciated her depth of caring for the animals and wanting to see them safe.
