Comfortable enough hotel. Taps in bathroom weren't great. Microwave in room didn't work. Manager said he'd replace it but never did. Trash was emptied everyday, towels were changed but the room was never cleaned.

My room was decent, though the updates didn't include proper painting and wall finishes. The breakfast area was dirty, and food was just warm. Exterior of hotel is dirty and needs upkeep, as well as the entry and hallways. Exterior doors never lock, so security is an issue.

Was overall a decent stay! More budget friendly than others. The breakfast was okay. Bathtub couldn't hold water?? No stopper and the one we got was nasty & didn't fit anyways.

Check in was nice - stayed here cause there was a concert in town and everywhere else was booked up- guess i now know why- they tried charging us $35 extra on our card without mentioning it- called and had to fight for a refund as they said we stained the sheets but we were barely even in the room at all- i guess take pictures of the room before and after your stay to prove you didn't damage anything- sketchy for sure

Stopped here for the night and the booking service we used didn't send the payment so I had to pay again with my CC. DO NOT USE HOTELS IN AMERICA to book, they are a total scam and the front desk guy at this he'll said they have LOTS of problems with them. Anyway, the staff at this hotel were super friendly and the room was really nice. Highly recommend this location. Price was great too.

Not many options in Huron, unfortunately.
We had small, square couch pillows on the beds and no comforters.
The hallways and lobby smelled odd but the room smelled fine. Shower head was awful.
Room was moderately clean. I got the feeling it was “Hollywood cleaned.”
Guy at the desk was nice, though I was a little surprised that the clear mini fridge behind the desk was filled with ultras, lol

I stayed there for 7 days in a row and didn't even make them come clean my room over the week. I left a note for them to send me a receipt via email along with the door key was left in the room. I took me two separate calls to get my receipt sent to me. I talked with the manager who said that because I had a small bloody nose while asleep that he would be charging me for damages. I work on the road, and anything extra charged by a hotel is my bill to cover personally. Just wanna say think twice before you stay. I have been a repeat customer before this incident. Hope you're happy to lose a customer!

Hotel caught fire causing an evacuation of all guests at 1am. “Spa” had a hot tub partially filled and possibly more mold than water. Other than a bed there is nothing if quality offered.

Check-in was wonderful the man at the desk was friendly and made me feel welcome. Room is nice, when I came in it was warm and comfortable. The only problem I have is that the water pressure and temperature is not good in the shower/bath. We have been traveling all day and it would have been nice to have a nice warm shower. Over all I would/will recommend the Best Western to friends and family

Arrived in huron, sd for work in a near by town, got settled in and laid down andd started to fall asleep and felt something crawling on me got up and turned on the light and saw 5 bed bugs crawling on bed and pillows, i am totally grossed out and packed everything up and gonna be sleeping in truck for the night, the guy at the counter refunded everything right away and very apologetic about everything.

Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast area is small and limited selections. With the extreme cold, the parking lot could use some electrical outlets to be able to plug in engine heaters.
