I can't get ahold of anyone ever!!!. My phone I got from them online is horrible! So slow, won't load, etc. Chat agents are no help and can't get through on phone unless you want to wait on hold half your life!!! I want to get rid of this carrier, but can't get ahold of anyone to even do that. The one cricket wireless store we had in our town just up and left!! Didn't tell any of their customers! Horrible customer service! I'm stuck!

I've tried calling Cricket the over last 2 days and nobody answers. I tried 5 times yesterday and a 4 times today again, all in the afternoon when they are open. My wife went to the store yesterday and they were very slow to help, but did finally get done what we needed. We have had Cricket for many years and it's ok, but nothing special. Other than the price, that is very good. The service has been pretty bad over the last couple months off and on, so it's been really frustrating. The last week or 2 has been a lot better. I also get told by people that I don't answer their calls, but when I look, I don't have a missed call. So, apparently a number of my calls go right to voicemail and I never see the call.

The gal working Fri at 5 pm acted like she didn't want to be there. Asked for help with my phone to see why it wouldn't work in Canada but my husband's phone does. She told me it's like a computer you have to reboot it. I did it several times and still didn't work. Called another store and they referred me to the help desk. It needed to be reset. She needs to not work with the public. Not helpful or friendly.Waste of time even stopping at this store.

The gal at Cricket in Huron was extremely rude to my son and daughter. She did not listen to their concerns and just wanted them gone, as if she was annoyed they came in asking for help setting up a new phone. I have went in the store myself when she is working and she makes you feel like a burden more then a customer. She is a terrible representative. The people at the Verizon store were more the happy to help them out. Will never step foot in that store again if she is working. The guy there however, has always been super-nice and helpful.

I am posting this on someone else's phone because I just left cricket and so not have a working phone. I bought a phone and had a terrible experience. The customer service was some of the worst I've seen. The employee would not answer my questions nor help me with setting up my phone. Which she made it clear that I am only buying the phone there and have to do everything on my own. I asked several times for guidance and instead gotput down for being old school and got told that I should be using my phone how she dictates instead of helping me find something gat suit my needs. I am thinking of jyst returning the phone because it was such a terrible experience and feel like I'm stuck with something I don't know how to use with no help from your representative guidance on what to do and
