Gus Manolis Grocery is a unique old school market and liquor store in Huron with a deli in the back. The setting can be slightly confusing or chaotic at first, as it looks like a grocery, convenience, and liquor store with a deli display counter in the rear. There is limited seating with just a few tables. The process of ordering and paying is a little different, but the staff are great and helpful. The deli is famous for its open-faced sandwiches, which many call the best they have ever had. The sandwiches are described as crazy good, freaking amazing, and delicious. They are very filling, with tons of fresh meat and cheese that is cut fresh right there. The menu features many open-faced options, which are unique and very reasonable in price, even cheaper than chain sub shops. Popular choices include a pastrami on rye with horseradish and mustard and the Dagwood. While there can be a wait during busy times, the food more than makes up for it. The overall vibe is a cool, old-time grocery that reminds some of an Italian store from their childhood. It is a must-try spot in Huron, with many customers planning to return regularly to try every sandwich on the menu.
They never miss. They should really check the expiration date on some of the snacks they sell though.

I was in town working and my customer recommended Manolis for lunch. I’m glad they did because it was fantastic. The people are friendly and the food was delicious. Highly recommend

This is such a quaint place it is friendly and they have a little or a lot of everything so many choices. I think this is a place everyone should check out good food and drink and groceries it's just an awesome place
