WORST SHOE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
The employees are shockingly rude! the casher there scammed me out of my purchases and even tried to make me pay twice. I certainly will not be going back here and I don’t recommend anyone else do either.

One of my children is having a bone marrow transplant in a different state and I am not home for the next few months.I had bought my kids shoes just a few weeks ago for school and my oldest called yesterday and said his brand new vans had split across the top and ripped. I called Melissa at shoe sensation and explained our situation and she was amazing! It was completely hassle free. My son was able to get a ride to exchange his shoes and that was that! I always have great experiences at shoe sensation which is why they have me as a repeat customer but she was friendly and understanding and replaced his shoes without an issue. Though it seems small, it's such a blessing to me being so far away! Thank you Melissa for your kindness and professionalism!
