My mother & little sister and daughter went to the dollar store and the cashier named Michael was very rude to my mom and sister and daughter.. they asked about bathroom and he yelled at my mom and said “am I going to give you a different answer from what he said”!! Bad customer service!!!

I think it is really disrespectful to have a certain time taped on the door and not be open when that time says. This store needs to do better. It’s ridiculous how many times this store has been closed and shut down, and there is a plethora of customers who need to shop but gets turned away every time they get out their cars. This town is very busy and the people who work and live here depend on you because other stores are way to expensive. Please do better!!!!

If I could I would give it 0 stars. We drove 40 miles to get there just to find a sign on the door saying the hours where 8-1 and 5-10 so we killed a hour in a little town with nothing to do. 5 roles around and no doors open at 5:10 a nice guy walks over from a dollar general truck and told us the where closed and not opening that they just came in to unload the truck ??. Why didn't they not put a closed sign in the door? So our only option was to go to a little town grocery store where everything costs way more. After get that grocery bill I'm so upset and want to cry.

8:15 no one at store !! Should be open at 8 my experience was none! If store opens 8 someone should be there!

I stopped by this store to purchase flowers for family graves. I picked up a few things extra. I had to tell the cashier that the two cokes were 2 for $3. They rang up full price. I bought two pieces of candy that were labeled .25 and they rang up .30. Told the cashier and she did nothing. There were several other items that rang up at a higher price than what was marked.

Its not all that often that I'm in town, however, 9 times out of 10 this location isn't open when its suppose to be. Today for example. The sign clearly says 8 am to 4 pm. Its after 1 pm and the only one there is the supply truck. Im sure the driver waiting around to be unloaded is about as enthused as I am.

The staff don't even speak to you when they check you out, and that's after you stand there for five minutes waiting for them to notice you're there. It is also an incredible mess. The floors are sticky and dirty, everything is out of it's proper place, and it is very cluttered. I never see the staff doing anything productive, there is definitely cleaning that needs done. No business should be allowed to operate like this.

Store is closed at random times throughout the day. Lights all on but doors locked. Watched the milk delivery truck drive away today because whoever was working left. Cluttered, dirty, disappointing.
