I would highly recommend this history museum it has a lot of history about Mount Rushmore. This is a great location. This has a movie that tells you about Mt Rushmore. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Interesting history of the man behind the Iconic Mt Rushmore. They have a short film about his life but also many examples of his other artistic works of art in various mediums.

Great place to get a real good understanding of exactly how Mt. Rushmore come to be. Would highly recommend a visit!
