Very UNPROFESSIONAL rude! I do not recommend to anyone who loves their animals!! Idk what set off the vet but she started yelling at me saying I have to make an appointment while clapping her hands! After telling me over the phone I could come in to pick up meds!

The vets are really good with the animals. I've only been to their Chamberlain location. They even groom Cats and got the "thumbs up" from my grouchy ole suspicious feline!! ??

Wallie has a grooming and teeth cleaning appointment today. The staff was amazing with him and asked all sorts of questions to make sure his safety and health was taken care of in the absolute best possible way. When I went to pick him up his care instructions were already set to go, the vet and groomer both came to chat with us and Wallie looked so great!!!! We truly love having this service so close to home with such talented and caring individuals!!! Thanks Joy and all your staff!!!!
