The owner was cool very down to earth but the air conditioner didn't work great and there was mildew buildup inside the bowl of the toilet

These guys rock! They were helpful and knowledgeable. The motel is clean and warm. No it doesn't have frills, but it's a place to sleep and shower, and it has smart TV's. I'd say the only con was the mattresses are not very comfortable. But that's a small detail.
