“When I was 7-8 years old I would buy Army MRE's leftover from the Korean War(maybe even Vietnam, pop in a returnable, deposit required bottle for $.35 + .$.10 deposit, cans of spray paint when I was 10 years old, and any hardware or workwear item you might need. This store is part of my childhood.”
“I went in with my friend at 11:30 Friday October 10th. I didn’t intend to buy anything when i went in and came out with two pairs of jeans that I’m in love with. The best part of the experience though was the girl working. I didn’t catch her name but she was so friendly and made me feel so confident when I came out asking questions about the jeans. I was a bit too short for one pair and asked her what she thought about if i cut them. She gave me great advice and was even able to tell me that the material would fray how I wanted it to if i cut them. I could tell she was also a DIY girl. I’ve never left a boutique feeling so happy with a purchase and employee. I would 10/10 revisit again!”
“I love finding local boutiques on vacation and Freckled Fox didn’t disappoint! Owner, Beth, and her two daughters, have picked thoughtful, fun, unique pieces. I even got an art print made by one of daughters to help us remember our hike to Devil’s bathtub.
If you are visiting or local, be sure to make a stop at Freckled Fox!
Beth even gave me a few food recommendations too. Thank you!!!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kathleen's Unique Boutique is an absolute gem! Taynger and Doreen are fantastic ladies who really know their stuff when it comes to dresses and fashion. Their expertise is unmatched, and they always make sure you leave looking and feeling your best. The personalized service and attention to detail are second to none. Highly recommend!”
“The prices here are wonderful. It's a small shop, which I enjoy because I usually find treasures at small boutiques. The owner was there and was so helpful. I'll definitely stop there again when in Spearfish”
“I thoroughly enjoyed this store for several reasons. They were welcoming of not just me but my African Grey…so friendly that I think they wanted it to be named Buffalo and become that mascot! Secondly they were so welcoming of my friend, helped her find the right outfit for her interview and post job party outfit too. Outstanding. I was greeted with customer service and the transaction process was seamless and enjoyable to say the leasts. The boutique is spacious but not lacking, bright but not blinding and peaceful but not outlandishly. The prices are spot on and I literally had to encourage her not to buy the whole store. My African Grey on the other hand needs to learn how to give autographs, am I write everyone who was there? As they say in the Hills, Shop, eat and don’t rest until your shop some more…and more. Enjoy and tell Erin we Arlo and the Grey say “hi””

“Sick Boy Motorcycles is hands down one of the most authentic clothing shops you will find in Sturgis.
This is our go-to spot every year for Sturgis merch and gifts to bring back to friends in Pennsylvania, and it never disappoints. The moment you walk through the front door, the history of this place smacks you right in the face. You can feel the culture, the grit, and the legacy immediately. This is not tourist fluff.”

“Staff was super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgable about their boots. I bought a cute pair qhile on vacation ib Deadwood. How ever....not sure I can ever wear them. They have a strange odor. It filled our hotel room tgen the car. Now sitting in room at home. Qas hoping tgat allowing them to air out would help .but so far no luck. The house smells now. Hubby wants me to get rid of the. So disappointed.”
