The Handley Recreation Center offers a nice and open space with versatile equipment, allowing visitors to get a good workout regardless of their fitness goals. The gym is not overly crowded, and it has 24-hour access, which is a significant advantage for those with busy schedules. The staff is excellent, and there is often a personal trainer on-site in the mornings. Overall, the facility is fantastic, with great equipment and a responsive, helpful team.
The Handley Center is absolutely awesome! They have every piece of equipment imaginable and the customer service by Carole was top notch well above and beyond anyone or anywhere has ever provided. Next time we are in the Lead area I will definitely be reaching out ASAP!

Great little gym. Staff was good. Equipment good. Need to plan ahead to make sure someone is there as it’s a small town gym but excellent option for someone visiting the area.

Fantastic facility with great equipment and excellent, responsive staff. I was able to get in and out and get a pass for 24/7 access for the time we are in Lead. Carole is awesome!! They have every piece of equipment you need and heavier 100lb dumbbells for stronger athletes.
