This is a newer and up and coming business. It was a pleasure to work with Ashley and her crew. She came to our property and walked it with me to access what was needed. She is very knowledgeable and honest. We then received our estimate which was detailed and could accept or change before so there were no questions after the job was done. They arrived on time on the day scheduled and did a very professional job. Will definitely recommend them to you and call them again if the need arises.

I needed one large pine tree removed. I contacted several companies that had several reasons why that couldn't get to it. To busy, not a big enough job, to far away, wrong equipment, all legitimate reasons, I live between Hermosa and Key stone on Highway 40 so its not very convenient especially for a small job like mine. I left a message with these guys and Ashley called me the next day. She said it was out of their territory but had a job coming up later in the summer in that area and they could get it done for me. This conversation was in June. She called me in late July and said they would get it done a couple weeks after the rally when they finished in Hot Springs. That job fell through. She knew a guy that might be able to to the job and would have him get in touch with me. Ashley told me if he didn't call within a couple weeks to call her and they would come down and take care of my tree for me. That is what kind of company that will take care of you, its a two hour drive one way for them. The guy they recommended call me within days and my tree and other slash removed within two weeks. Tree Wise Men made no money off this job but made my day. Don't know to many companies would put that much effort in just to help a person out. Bravo! Doesn't get any better than that.

We have used this business three times in the last few years due to loss of pine trees from the ips beetle and other factors. We put in our request and we know that we are on the schedule. When they come they work safely, efficiently and neatly - taking down some huge, dead trees some of which were close to the house, removing all debris and leaving a neat landscape. If needed, they will remove the tree stumps as well and leave everything in pristine condition. I highly recommend their professionalism, safety precautions, and responsive working relationship.
