Very disappointed! Had reserved a log splitter 2 days before we needed it. When we arrived to get it, the staff said it was inaccessible in their holding area! The gate was blocked and they said they had no way to move the palates to get at it. No effort was made beforehand! Nor a phone call to let us know it was not available! We were told we would have to go to an Ace in a different town. That required more miles and delay in getting started. Poor customer service! Previously, we also tried renting one at this same location and they couldn’t get it to run! No one made any efforts to rectify anything! The Tea Ace went above and beyond to help our situation!
