I recently rented a storage unit at the KO Storage facility in Milbank, SD and my experience was very positive. The online renting of the unit was seamless and the storage unit was very clean and delivered as advertised. After I moved in into my rented storage unit, I received a call from Rob, property manager, asking if I had any questions or issues with the unit. Very positive experience and greatly appreciate the customer service delivered by the Milbank KO Storage team.

Very well taken care of property to store all the extras until needed items. Kept some of my belongings there for a period of time and had no concerns of safety nor damage. When it came time to move out of the facility, the facility manager Rob was of great assistance when it came time to remove the lock to which the key had been misplaced over the time. Would highly recommend this facility.

For all your storage needs. We cleaned out all our excess at home and safely store it here. Clean storage facility, PRICED RIGHT, safe and secure. The manager of the facility Rob is very easy to work with and very friendly.
