We were switching from Verizon to AT&T because of issues with Verizon. The port process was a disaster all due to Verizon! Go figure. Our guy, Dominic C., at the AT&T Emporium Store was AMAZING!! He hung with us until all issues with Verizon were solved. He even helped contact Verizon to help them resolve their own problem! The knowledge and customer service from this store was amazing! Dominic’s manager got involved as well and made sure that AT&T was doing everything they could! So happy for the switch! We are a tiny account and AT&T treated us like gold! This was not their problem and they simply cared enough to earn our business! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Nathan at this store helped me and my fiancé even when my previous cell provider made it extremely difficult to port my phone number. Nathan advocated for us and did everything he could to help us. I highly recommend coming here.

Our son and daughter-in-law were with Verizon but struggled with travel issues to Canada plus the customer service was less than satisfactory. Getting a family plan with us was so much more cost effective for them. Our representative was amazing! Very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and took care of the transfer with ease while answering every question we asked. We were done in a very short time (maybe 15 min tops) which was completely opposite of the 2 hours our daughter-in-law spent with Verizon trying to resolve a past issue. We have been with AT&T for a very long time and there's a reason! Thank you!

Employee (Dom) was awesome to work with. ATT however did not explain things to my wife. This employee (Dom) went above and well beyond where he needed too. He explained everything in a way we could understand, and gave us time to talk together on this. If it weren't for Dom I would have taken our business to the competition. Dom is an excellent example of someone doing their job, and going the extra mile.

Dominic provided excellent service. Though the matter took some time to resolve, (my voicemail was not syncing up with my new phone) he addressed the problem I was having with patience and a professional demeanor. I never felt stressed or frustrated during the visit.Since I knew the issue would take some time, I decided to consider additional products in store, to protect and get the most out of my device. Dominic offered great recommendations and even checked to see if there were more of a specific travel charger I was considering in the back without my even having to ask.I left the store with my matter resolved, with a number of essential products that I hadn’t considered prior to my visit, and an overall excellent experience.Thank You.

I spent 212.99 on a phone there Friday 2-1-19 I used my debit card transaction was approved than canceled i don't know why and neither did they so they sent me home with a sorry you're not getting a phone and “hopefully your money will be on there Monday “ so Monday comes transaction was approved so my money is off my account but they still can't find anything!!! I just never experienced anything like this and still haven't got my money back or the phone!!
