We had a freak incident where our back window had shattered over the weekend on a camping trip. Contacted Rich on Monday, and he had the window in and installed next day by noon! High quality work, looks brand new, and all within our budget!

We were traveling cross country and experience a chip caused by rocks falling off a truck on I-90. He was extremely accommodating and we were able to get on the road with minimal delay.

They were closed on a Friday, so it's took longer than expected to get my truck back. The owner wasn't there when it was supposed to be open and asked me to wait till he got back to pay the bill. I did and the bill was more than what the competitors charge.
