Best storage facility in mitchell, started in a cold storage unit and upgraded twice to larger business suites.
the neighbors are awesome and watch out for each other like family and we support and help eachother.
Owners are some of the most genuine people and they support the business and people that rent from them as well.
They care about the details of how keeping it clean and making sure it looks nice, along with keeping the snow plowed in the winter which really shows how much they care about their renters.
would recommend to everyone

Our experience with Allstor was fine...until move out day. What's good about Allstor? Well, it is easy to get to and located conveniently in NW Mitchell. The units are fairly new, appear well maintained, and not overly priced, given the scarcity of available units in Mitchell.The not so good? The rudeness and discourtesy shown us by the owner. My son lost our lock key and we had to cut the bolt. In the process, the locking mechanism on the door was destroyed and the trim damaged.I immediately called the owner (presumably the wife of a husband-wife team), explained what happened, and offered to make prompt payment for the damage. A few minutes later, the husband showed up and began cursing and swearing at me, despite the fact that I remained courteous, apologetic, and repeated my offer to pay for the damages (which, I might add, I did within 24 hours of being invoiced).I understand the owner was frustrated, but a businessman has a responsibility to his customers past, present, and future, to behave professionally, especially when said customer is offering to make things right.Sorry, you only have once chance to make a first impression and this one was blown on a series of 4-letter invectives. I would not recommed them...unless you just enjoy abuse.

Rented a large storage unit to store my commercial truck for the winter moved out of the unit and decided to rent a business condo from the same company. Excellent company, kind and courteous very attentive with quick responses. Fantastic experience.

The area is safe with security cameras over looking the property. The units are clean when you rent from them. You can setup a monthly automatic payment with them for your storage unit, which makes it very convenient for a person. They are very professional and get back with you when you have any questions. I would rent from them again. If you need a storage unit, I would highly recommend renting from Allstor Storage Units.

I moved out of my house and into an apartment. They allowed me to pay for half a month, and then a full month. I didn't need to sign a year lease, and was able to move out a few months later when I had a better grasp on life. They made check in and check out very simple! Communicated payments, and such at all times. Unit was secure, grounds were clean, and never had any issues.

Clean storage unit at a great location in Mitchell, SD. The price is reasonable and it was very easy to rent a unit online. I received helpful monthly reminders via text about upcoming rent being due.

We found our self unexpectedly needing a storage unit the Saturday before the Fourth of July holiday. I called Allstor and although they did not have one the owner, Janelle, made multiple phone calls and sent out several texts to other contacts that she had in order to help us find a unit on such short notice. She was able to find us a unit. We did not even ask her to help us. She just said she was going to do it and she did!! Not only that but she also allowed us to use her dumpster located at her storage unit when I told her we had so much garbage from the move we found ourselves unexpectedly doing. The reason she found out we needed a dumpster was because she asked if there was anything else she could do to help us! What a beautiful person. When I expressed our deepest gratitude she told me she was happy to help because she has been blessed so she likes to bless other people! Amazing business!! Better yet beautiful people!!
