Don’t go here, they were not knowledgeable and pretended like they do. They’ll just end up messing your accounts. They overcharged and falsely claimed discounts, we ended up getting charged for stuff we didn’t agree.

Despite the distance between us, I've always tried to assist my elderly father with his tech troubles in Mitchell, South Dakota. His phone was a chaotic mess of misplaced apps, leading to mounting frustration. Unable to provide effective remote support, I suggested he visit the local AT&T store. Today, he returned home, grateful for the attentive care he received. The staff's patience and expertise turned his frustration into relief. Highly recommend the AT&T store in Mitchell, South Dakota, for anyone grappling with tech challenges, especially elderly parents.

This company lies to their customers!!! They have promotions going on and then later charge you for the items and say the promotion never happened!! Then you will sit on the phone with them for hours and ending up saying they can’t do anything piss poor company that’s for sure!!

The young lady who saw me coming to the door rushed to open it for me. Helped me get my bill paid and answered questions about changing service plan. Then she got a chair for me to sit and wait for my ride to come back and opened the door for me to leave and opened car door for me also. I think her name was Sabrina. She was great! Btw I was using a cane wearing a cast with a broken fibula. It was broke in 2 places. More employees everywhere should have her upbeat service!
