“I called Dick's after having them recommended by another service company who could not accommodate our RV. I was very pleased to speak with Nick, who assured us he could take a look at our problem (chassis related) and got us in almost immediately. He checked out the rig and assured us there was nothing broken or loose, and believed we needed an alignment. He was right! All in all, after only a few hours, with which we toured the Corn Palace, lol, and had a nice lunch, we were back on the road. They also gave us a loaner and allowed us to take our dog with us. You can't beat that type of service! 5 stars and two thumbs up!”

“I’m telling you right now these guys are amazing, we were almost stranded on our way through this town, the local garage 30 miles back said it would be $1000 or more to get us fixed up but they couldn’t help until Tuesday and here it was Friday.We rolled into this Oreilly auto parts and the manager Jeff was there and his apprentice were there to our rescue, I’m a bit mechanically inclined but didn’t have Ann the tools and supplies to do the job, they got us all the parts we needed, decided to do a thorough job and replace a bit more than what was broke because it was worth it working on this 2005, these guys were right there willing to do what they could to get us back on the road, it was amazing, their boos stopped in too and he was another one of them, couldn’t have been happier with the service. Took me a little over 3 hrs to get this done in their parking lot! Jeff stayed late to make sure we had everything we needed to get us onward, Thank you guys!Talk about hospitality, love it! Now we’re ….. on the road again……….”

“You sick of box type auto parts stores? Want nostalgia? Want to be waited on with service? This is a 70s 80s real auto parts store. Actually brought back memories of buying back in the day. An you get quality parts not cheap China duplicate parts. All this an they beat out the box type stores by a 100.00+ how can you beat that too! The kicker there along the wall is still a coffee pot for customers. What memories came back an service an knowledge an a local business not imported.”
