We were heading to the Black Hills when our trailer brakes went out in my 2018 Silverado. I had taken it into a Chevy dealership as well as another very reputable shop in Fargo more than 4 times each and they were never able to address the “check trailer brakes” warning that had been sporadically occurring. We were in an extreme time crunch. Not only did they get us in immediately the next morning they found a severed wire that had eluded the other shops including an actual Chevy dealership. They gave us a ride back to our camper so we didn’t have to wait at the shop. The level of genuine service, care and professionalism was off the charts. They were also extremely reasonable in terms of cost. I highly recommend Big E’s. They are true mechanics that are able to trouble shoot and solve problems. I’m so tired of the new generation of mechanics that need a code to even work on a vehicle. Definitely check them out!

Great service. We were traveling through the area, had a mechanical issue and the local dealership couldn't get us in. They recommended we try Big E. They got us in within an hour and had us back on our way within about 2 hours. And to top it all off, they even cleaned the bugs off the front window. That simple little gesture was appreciated and speaks volumes about their service and how they value their customers.

Traveling through town and needed a oil change so i called them up. Got in and out in 30 minutes with excellent customer service! They even washed my windows filled my tires with air and vacuumed my carpets!

Absolutely amazing and professional service. Hands down the best in the biz. They completely helped me understand what exactly was wrong with my vehicle after having repetitive issues with it for a long time and others misdiagnosing it and they fixed it. My car is running absolutely amazing and it's so nice to feel confident and comfortable behind the wheel. It's a big pressure off my mind. I'm very impressed. Absolutely professional and caring.
