Creekside was able to remove the tumor completely from my dog, saving her leg. They were all very kind and professional. They go above and beyond to help this old, handicap lady take care of her little girl. Thank you!

I’m very grateful that Creekside Vet Clinic treated my dog without hesitation after she ate a chocolate frosted donut and paper bag. We were just visitors to the town of Mitchell but they showed care and concern for her as if she was a long-time patient. I was impressed by the customer service, knowledgeable staff, and very clean facilities. We enjoyed walking in the grassy yard after her visit. Definitely would recommend. Thank you, Creekside!

Thank you so much for taking care of our Luna! We loving bringing her to Creekside and she loves coming! Thank you to all the staff and doctors that are always so patient, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! We trust that Luna is truly getting the best care and is loved (spoiled) as much as we do at home. Thank you for taking the best care of her always! We highly recommend Creekside for all your pet care needs!

Way too expensive!! Drive 60 minutes from Mitchell and the prices are much more affordable. My dog has allergies and the cytopoint shot at Creekside costs $300. The vet clinic I take my dogs to now charges about $100 less. The staff may be friendly but the prices are way too high. I recommend not using Creekside. Also I was charged for services that they never did. When I called to ask them about this I was ignored. I did get a call back from Dr. Thompson and in order to get an oral exam for my dogs, they both would need to be sedated. My malinois, who is my service dog, would not have to be sedated. He’s not aggressive.I should have listened to all my friends who does dog competitions, shows ect. They all warned me not to use Creekside because they are just too expensive. Lesson learned. This is how childish Creekside is!! Ha Good Riddance!

We were traveling through the area and unexpectedly needed a vet for our pup. We were able to be seen quickly, had an immediate diagnosis and, glad to say, our Loki is better than ever!

Care more about money than their clients. Always wanting more tests than most other vets, like annual heart worm test for animals on year round preventatives. Will not work with chewy on subscriptions because they want you to use their own pharmacy. This make the process extremely difficult for you, as the customer and their only advice is “we recommend everyone use our pharmacy”. What they mean is “we want all of your money, even if that is less convenient for you.” F- Customer service

There are many Veterinarians much closer to us than than the 100 mile trip we make for taking care of the many companions of our private cat rescue, but no others could possibly provide the care, & compassion that the staff of Creekside Veterinary Clinic provide in their state of the art facility. Regardless of the smallest "fur baby" to the largest of farm animals, you & your critters are treated as if they exist only for you & yours. Whether or not you're being attended to by Dr. Evans, Dr. Heezen, or Dr. Thompson, your companion will receive the best possible care throughout the area. Some of them (Dr. Heezen in particular) has been taking care of my family of furry friends (well over a hundred of them), for over a decade, & can personally attest to the great lengths they will go to to provide the best possible care, be it as a routine as an annual checkup, (or just feeling poorly) to the most serious of ailments (arthritis, diabetes, kidney disease, leukemia, & yes we've been through a lot over the years) they have the equipment, & knowledge to help you with whatever is best for those needing their care.I have been to & have taken my children to clinics, & hospitals that could learn what compassion really means from anyone of the staff at Creekside, & not just the Doctors, but those like Amanda in the back office, or those working reception like Char, Sara, Vanessa (or the many others).I know this is a record length review, but I try to give credit where credit is due, & these people are top notch, & some of the best the area has to offer for care (I wish some of my past personal doctors & staff did half as much as they do here).

Visiting from Indiana for pheasant hunting and had a fence injury to Hazel, our wirehaired pointing griffon. Creekside Vet Clinic staff was exceptional and worked Hazel in immediately to treat. Very thankful to have found such a great clinic while traveling away from home. They went above and beyond to fix her up.

Great experience for my dog and myself! The last place I took him to was definitely not kept as nice and clean and he really freaked out! Which I know dogs do but this place I felt so much more comfortable and so did he as you can see from the pictures.. Plus he's definitely feeling better
