very inconvenient as my bank card will not process on the app, website, nor phone but works when I physically walk in the store. I've reported this many times to both the store and the 1800 number. I tried making a payment before my deadline but my card would not go through every which way I tried so my line was suspended. I use my phone for work, now I have to wait until the store opens. I tried calling in but no one could help me. Very unprofessional as the guy even admitted I made the payment on time but he couldn't turn my phone on.

I enjoy my cricket service but the staff at the store in Mitchell sd has the system rigged against the customer. If you look online you will see one price but if you go into the store they have their computer system set up so unless you buy a case or screen protectors you will be charged the full price.

Customer service is always great when get it.. was not the case drove into town to the Mitchell store to have a phone fixed store hours are 12/4sundays and it is closed.....a wasted trip and non working phone.would have been nice to know nobody was there before going in... Some online post that they were closed would have been greatly appreciated...

one of my kids go's to collage in South Dakota and another one lives in Bismark ND. third one lives in Colorado. They went into one of the stores 1 needed a new phone that broke & the other wanted to upgrade to a new phone. The store i went into by our house in Arizona said it is not required and my other kid went to a Colorado store and they say it is not required. THEY MADE THEM BUY ACCESSORIES FOR THERE PHONE's THEY SAID NO BUT TOLD THEM THEY HAD TO DO THAT OR CANT BUY A PHONE ALSO MADE ONE OF THEM SIGN UP FOR AUTO PAY BUT THE ACCOUNT WAS IN MY NAME. THEY ARE FORCING THEM TO BUY STUFF AT THE STORE EVEN IF THEY DID WONT STUFF. THEY WERE VERY VERY RUDE AND BOSSY. My wife and i were out of the country when they went to the stores. I worked in the cell phone industry for 15 years for one of the major cell phone company in all types of positions. THIS IS CALLED SLAMMING A CUSTOMER. Cricket Wireless why do you allow this to happen that is not right also i have reported this each of the states consumer affairs and also federal dept of consumer affairs also left messages for PQH wireless 3 of the stores
