My girlfriend went there just now and manager was rude to her because she returned something that she didn't need because we needed something for out son and refused to return a receipt so we filing with bbb about the rudeness and its not first time it's been seen in there I have seen also

Yesterday I went with my wife to buy some things and when we went to pay first they tell me that they don't have the pencil to verify if the 100 dollar bill I gave them is real, they call the manager and she takes the bill to her cubicle and supposedly she puts it under ultraviolet light and when she comes back she tells me that he can't accept my money and he doesn't tell me why. I'm not a fortune teller and the funny part is that she says that because the money is fake but he said it in a bad way as if one would have been trying to do something wrong and he says that because the line inside does not look good with ultraviolet light, nothing has ever happened to me in my life so they accuse me of having counterfeit money and it is from Walmart itself They give it to me because the problem is that she is very rude and doesn't know how to treat clients. There are better ways of explaining things without having to keep suggesting that one wants to commit a crime before and I had problems with the manager also for being rude by Incredible mistreatment by phone and in person to people as customers. even the bank tells me that the bill is original and is good to use they told me that they are pure lies only what the manager told me if they it was is that they did not have change or They did not want to tend to me and my wife, there were better ways of saying it and not accusing one of cheating with an alleged false bill that turned out to just lie from the manager herself.Never going back again

Store is a complete and utter disaster. with stuff all over the floors. Cashier was extremely rude. I walked up to the checkout and she was eating right at the register, got mad when I came up, threw her food on the counter. No greeting, no "hi", nothing. Proceeded to literally throw my stuff in bags and practically throw my receipt at me. Then said nothing, grabbed my basket and walked away. Rudest cashier I've ever had!! Store needs some serious work and better training on customer service.

Love the different selections of items. But had one heck of a rude cashier. I think she needs to rethink her job with the attitude and absolutely no personality or pleasantries.
