“I live in Kansas and stumbled across this store awhile back. I bought a stunning ruby ring and a month later a little diamond fell out. I called Quentin and right away he was able to fix it under warranty after I mailed the ring. A few months after that, I decided I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring. I had a cluster of diamonds as the center and wanted an emerald cut 1ct instead. I checked around with my local jewelers who quoted me over $3k to do the work. Their work included making a replica of my ring so the diamond could go in because they said it couldn't be done on my current ring. I called Quentin to see if he could do it and he asked me to mail him my ring and the diamond I bought. So I did. It took him a little bit, but I was patient (excited though) and I'm so glad I went with him. Not only was he able to do it with my ring (not having to scrap the entire thing and make a new ring), but he did it for a fraction of the cost. It turned out so much better than I was thinking in my head. He really made my vision come though. He did this two states away from me. I will put all my business with him and this shop going forward.”
