Jewelry Stores in Mitchell, SD

“I live in Kansas and stumbled across this store awhile back. I bought a stunning ruby ring and a month later a little diamond fell out. I called Quentin and right away he was able to fix it under warranty after I mailed the ring. A few months after that, I decided I wanted to upgrade my wedding ring. I had a cluster of diamonds as the center and wanted an emerald cut 1ct instead. I checked around with my local jewelers who quoted me over $3k to do the work. Their work included making a replica of my ring so the diamond could go in because they said it couldn't be done on my current ring. I called Quentin to see if he could do it and he asked me to mail him my ring and the diamond I bought. So I did. It took him a little bit, but I was patient (excited though) and I'm so glad I went with him. Not only was he able to do it with my ring (not having to scrap the entire thing and make a new ring), but he did it for a fraction of the cost. It turned out so much better than I was thinking in my head. He really made my vision come though. He did this two states away from me. I will put all my business with him and this shop going forward.”

“I was in the store Friday, and this wonderful woman not only fixed my watch, but assisted in my purchase of a great bracelet. I wanted to tell her, wow she is a phenomenal representative for Riddles. I will go back soon to make another purchase, she was so great”

“Our family has been happy to work with The Diamond Store for many years. They have a great team there who always greet you with a smile and provide great service. Recently I dropped off my ring for some repairs and it was done very quickly and turned out beautifully, even better than before the damage! Thanks to Ryan and April and the rest of the team!”

“Very Profesional, quality merchandise, new merchandise every time I have gone into the new store. Worth your time to take a trip down to see what is available.”
