“The young lady who saw me coming to the door rushed to open it for me. Helped me get my bill paid and answered questions about changing service plan. Then she got a chair for me to sit and wait for my ride to come back and opened the door for me to leave and opened car door for me also. I think her name was Sabrina. She was great! Btw I was using a cane wearing a cast with a broken fibula. It was broke in 2 places. More employees everywhere should have her upbeat service!”
