Wow from being hung up mid conversation to the entire experience. You’d think for the lack of nail places nearby they’d want to provide better service and quality for more business. Very disappointed and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here.

Wow! Well can’t say it’s a good wow either… I’m so disappointed in Mitchell… I’m beginning to think there’s no good pedicure place in this town. The main reason why I gave it a two star is the husband and wife were nice. I’m more used to where you choose your packages, where you soak your feet it’s lined for cleanliness. I do say this it’s definitely the cheapest pedicure I’ve ever had. You sat really close to the other people. Would I go back NO! Would I recommend? If you want the bare bones and you’re not expecting anything special, then this is the place for you but if you want to be pampered, don’t go here probably your best bet is to go to Sioux Falls where there’s more selections.

Worst experience EVER!! The man & woman that run this place are very rude and very unprofessional!! And the place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! The Health Dept. seriously needs to take a close look into this business!!

Today I went to this place, I communicated through the translator because I don't speak English and they got angry and practically kicked me out even though they had already started working with my nails apart from pulling my hands, I don't recommend this place if you don't speak English. They are going to humiliate you and be very rude to you, I felt discriminated against. Bad experience.

That was quite possibly the worst experience ever. From the man pinching and twisting my hand, to getting nail polish all over my hand. A 5th grader could have painted my nails better. Very very sloppy.

It was a horrible experience!! The guy was rude kept slapping my granddaughters hand and kep telling her to watch tv not at what he was doing!! Wrong shape some nails were pointed some round polish wasnt even covering her nails!! Never will go back!! Worst experience ever!! Would Never recommend them!! ????

Very good experience! Friendly! Efficient! Very Reasonable Cost! Manicure and pedicure were done beautifully. Not an easy job with how my nails looked when I came in. I will definitely go back again.

I've been going to have my nails done at ProNails for at least 25 years. Victor and Liz are wonderful people and have operated their business in this same location since they moved here. If you want your nails done beautifully this is the place to come. Liz is the most skilled nail technician I've ever encountered and she really gets to know her clients and remembers from one time to the next their preferences--even down to the colors they like!! I enjoy going there and they always make me feel valued and respected. I always leave with a smile on my face and beautiful nails. Their pedicures are relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend ProNails as the best place to get a mani or pedi. They keep up with trends and offer the latest products. They are very busy, naturally, so you do need to call ahead for an appointment.

ATTENTION: BUYER BEWARE! If you need your nails done , I suggest NOT go to Pro Nails! Had the most horrific experiences ever! Customers have mouths like a $2.00 hooker on half price niight and the owners allow it! I was waiting to get done about 20 minutes and from nowhere the owner said she had no time for me, why didnt she tell me that when I first walked in?!?! Its a dark and dreary place, they dont even play music to relax and by God if you go there youll need it!
